There is free car parking on the festival site for patrons. Please follow the signs and traffic personnel and park and camp where directed. Please respect our neighbours and do not camp or park on footpaths or private property. Offenders will be towed.
Childminding facilities will be available at the Land of Nod every day of the festival from 27th December through to the 1st January. Facilities will open at 10am and close at 12 midnight every day, except for New Year's Eve when facilities will stay open until 1am.

$4.50 per child/hour 10am - 6pm
$5.00 per child/hour 6pm - 12 midnight
$5.50 per hour New Years Eve evening
Festival Eftpos is located near INFOlogy and operates from 10am - 2.30pm and 3.30pm - 8pm daily. EFTPOS is also available at the Festival Shop and General Store for cash out with a minimum purchase. There are no foreign card or travellers cheque facilities available on site.
The festival has a Cyber Garden which is open from 8am to 10pm daily and is located near the Welcome gate. In addition to internet services, the Cyber Garden offers phone, camera and laptops recharging (bring own charger); digital camera downloads; disc burning and printing.
Valuables can be safely stored in a lock-up located at the Welcome Tent. Fees apply.
Telstra and Optus mobile phones work well on the festival site. Other carriers may not be so reliable. There are several pay phones on the site.
Bars are conducted strictly according to regulations. Under-aged patrons will not be served, and no alcohol is to be taken outside the licensed areas. No BYO alcohol to be bought in to the festival precinct.
In consideration of the comfort of all patrons the entire festival except for the designated smoking areas is a smoke free precinct. This includes all bars, restaurants, venues streets and performance area.
A festival laundry service is available at INFOlogy for patrons, venues, volunteers and performers during the festival. Fees apply. Pick up/delivery between 9.00am and 6.00pm Dec 27th to Jan 1st.
