Support Material

The following support material must be submitted with all applications within 5 business days of the closing date:

• Stall fee payment in full, including bond (if applicable), electricity and waste removal:

  Cheque/Money order: Separate cheque for bond please (Food stalls only) . Make payable to Woodford Folk Festival and send to the address below.
  Credit Card: Please call the office on 07 5496 1066 (Mon-Thurs) with credit card details.
  Direct Deposit: Email stalls@woodfordia.com to request bank account details.

  Your application will not be considered if payment has not been received by the due date.

• Scale diagram of the stall showing camping and vehicle parking requirements using the Stalls Layout Graph. Please note we cannot always guarantee space directly behind your stall for parking and camping.
• A photo or artist’s impression of your proposed stall, colour is preferable.
• Photographs or samples of your stock. If you want samples returned please include a stamped self-addressed envelope or postage bag.
• Copy of current Public Liability Insurance Certificate for festival period.
