In Woodford,Tonight (R18+) Tuck the kids in, put on your leisure wear and join your host PERRY UOMO for an hour long late show, starting Friday, that will lift the lid on Woodford after dark. Featuring interviews, vox pops, festival survival guide, breaking news, live TV cross-overs, a cooking segment with Gruel the wrestling chef, mystery acts and competitions. Relive the Lo-Fi glamour of early live Variety TV. Thrill as Perry asks the hard questions, grabbing musicians, politicians, and the merely famous by the short and curlies! Klownsville

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Warning! Do not enter if you are timid and don’t wish to be confronted with the freaks that live in Klownsville. The Woodford Freaks have escaped and returned to a new home. Watch for the weird and wonderful, the unusual, the obsessive and the manic. Have a drink at the Klowns Bar. Partake in the bus shows and Bally Stage. Bring your mask for the Carnival of Misrule. Explore the mirror walk but be careful, you may never leave. See the Festival map for location.

New Year’s Eve Rhythm Festival

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a bang in the Amphitheatre with the return of the Rhythm Festival. Featuring a potent mix of local and international talent, collaborations, soloists, large scale attractions and surprises galore, this night promises to be a festival within a festival. The focus is not only drumming but a celebration of rhythm in all of its shapes and forms. From the masterful drumming of The Circle of Rhythm to the razor sharp precision slide guitar of Bob Brozman, the big band ska stylings of France’s Babylon Circus to a mini looping event and much, much more… The Rhythm Festival promises a show, interaction and a chance to dance the night away. Come and drum up some noise for the new year.

Australia’s Premier sideshow venue brings you Short, Sharp Sideshow Acts.  Gasp in Horror! Laugh with amusement! as The Sweethearts of Sideshow take you on a journey that is their Life: Real People Doing Real Things!  It’s a variety of freaks, natural born oddities and trained humans performing Elegant Stunts of Daring and Dexterity, whilst the popcorn pops deep into the night!

Woodford Procession

Every night from Friday to Monday, keep an eye on the Festival Streets for the passing inaugural Woodford Procession. A single file, silent parade featuring the Festival lantern boat project.
